Totally Awesome JK Super Bee!
With 1400 miles on a nearly new 2008 JK, Steve quickly found out that the original lift kit and configuration that was installed just wouldn’t cut it. So he did what he should have done from the start- Brought it in to TeraFlex!
We went over everything that he liked, didn’t like, and what he really wanted and then took it from there. First things first – get rid of the ‘new’ under-performing lift kit, and get a brand new TeraFlex Elite LCG 6″ long arm system, front and rear TeraFlex RockGuard bumpers. After that things got real crazy – the body came off, the torch and welder came out and a new zero mile 5.7L Hemi engine was installed.
With the body back on things started coming together nicely. TeraFlex RockGuard rock sliders, AEV hood, Warn 9.5 Ti winch, synthetic winch line all completed the build. Precision Bodyline custom matched the hood and hardtop for that OEM look. Custom Super Bee graphics finished things up nicely.
Steve says the only downside to this whole Jeep build has been the amount of attention that he gets while driving and trying to park. People stop him everywhere to chat about it! This by far is one bee you can’t miss!
